Arrival: you can arrive on site from 1.30 pm on Tuesday 26th May (lunch is not included on that day)
The afternoon all camp workshop will begin at 2.15pm.
Dinner will be available between 5.30 and 6.30pm followed by evening workshops.

5.00-7.30am Sadhana: morning prayer - Kundalini Yoga - Chanting

8.00am-9.00am BREAKFAST

9.00am-10.00am Karma Yoga (seva duties)

10.00am-12.30pm Choice of workshops

12.30pm-1.30pm LUNCH

2.15pm-4.45pm Choice of workshops

5.00pm-5.30pm All Camp Meditation

5.30pm-6.30pm DINNER

6.30pm-7.45pm Choice of workshops -

8.00pm Meditation

9.30pm Good night...

Saturday evening: Concert Professor Surinder Singh, and Yogi Musicians

Sunday morning: Sadhana - breakfast - all camp workshop - finish with lunch

Tuesday 1st June: all-camp workshop at 2.15pm - dinner - choice of workshops in evening
Sunday 6th June: sadhana, breakfast, all-camp workshop in the morning, festival will finish with lunch from 1.00 - 2.00pm
