Course goals:

  • Obtain a Kundalini Yoga Teaching Certificate recognized worldwide
  • Gain a sound understanding of the fundamental nature, technologies and concepts of Kundalini Yoga
  • Experience a transformation through the practice of Yogi Bhajan's teachings and related lifestyle
  • Develop the skills, confidence and consciousness required to become a teacher
  • Develop a relationship with other participating students local teachers, and the 3HO community
  • Develop a relationship with Yogi Bhajan as the Master of Kundalini Yoga, and link to the Golden Chain

Course Fees:

The cost of the full course is £1,600

Deposit: A non-returnable deposit of £400.00 is required with your application to secure a place.

Payment: Students must then pay the first instalment (£300.00) two weeks prior to the start date. Three subsequent payments of £300.00 to be made on the 3rd, 5th and 7th weekends.

Insurance during training: Students will be covered by the tutors insurance for classes taught on site during the training weekends.

Entrance and completion criteria:

If the student has little or no experience of Kundalini Yoga then entry will be based on the recommendation of one of the course tutors.

Students must satisfy certain criteria for certification on completion of the course, including:

  • Full payment of course fees as set out on application.
  • Attendance at the whole course including practicum weekends as well as a white tantra day.
  • students must record attendance at a minimum of 20 KY classes during the training period, independant of Yoga on the course.
  • complete a 40 day meditation and keep a journal of the experience.
  • pass a written exam as well as hand in two pieces of course work

Sounds, mantras,
Personal practice
Shabd guru - The quantum technology of sound. Aquarian Age: changes and challenges of the times.
Mantras (continued) - their meaning, effects and how to chant them.
Sadhana: your personal spiritual practice.
Choosing and committing to a 40-day meditation.
Two laws of teaching 1) Sustenance - keep up, 2) Deliverance - deliver students to the infinite.

Origins of Yoga,
The path of Kundalini
Origins and foundations of yoga. Stages of its development. Aquarian age.
What is KY — its comprehensive unity. Householders Dharma and Sadhana.
5 stages of being a student, the 4 errors
Intro to body/breath/brain. 3 Locks and the vertical journey. Path of Kundalini

Anatomy, energetics,
